Space Coast Office of Tourism

&Barr partnered with Oxenfree to create “Countdown,” a story-driven broadcast commercial for Space Coast Office of Tourism.

The brief: showcase as many activities that you can enjoy on Florida’s Space Coast within :30 seconds (in addition to :15, :10, and :06 second cutdowns), while creating eye-catching transitions to link many locations together seamlessly–all set to the backdrop of authentic audio from a real NASA launch countdown.

I served as DIT and Assistant Editor on this campaign, shot over 3 days across 8 locations. On set, I ensured secure media management, consistent backups, and smooth handoffs to keep production moving. In post, I prepped and synced multicam timelines, handled dailies, and supported the editorial team across multiple cutdowns.

The final result was a dynamic and scroll-stopping portrayal of the Space Coast and the individual towns that make up the region, paired with authentic NASA launch countdown audio from the Apollo 11 launch.
