Created to welcome students back to campus after the COVID-19 shutdown, “It’s Coming Back Home” is a heartfelt brand spot celebrating the spirit of in-person learning at UCF.

I directed, shot, edited, and colored the piece, guiding it from concept through final delivery. The video features professors from across disciplines (biology, music, math, business, engineering, and medical research) all delivering lines from a unified script while in their own working environments.

Intercut with stylized b-roll and composed to evoke a sense of collective purpose, the video was designed to reflect both the individuality of UCF’s faculty and the shared mission that ties the university community together. The result is a cinematic piece that helped reintroduce the physical campus and emotional energy of in-person learning.
